At Collacine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your product.
Eligibility for Returns
Since our products are perishable, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, as well as any perishable goods. Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

Refunds
